Cette proposition tente de repenser la cuisine nordique en la mettant au centre de la conception spatiale. Cette disposition crée une relation spécifique et privilégiée entre la cuisine et l’extérieur. Elle permet de préparer, de faire cuire et de partager les produits de la chasse plus aisément que ce que permet la forme de la cuisine originale.

 

This proposal attempts to rethink the northern kitchen by placing it at the center of spatial design. This arrangement creates a specific and privileged relationship between the kitchen and the outside. It makes it possible to prepare, cook and share the products of the hunt more easily than is possible with the shape of the original kitchen.
