Les Finlandais utilise les saunas depuis plus de 2000 ans, pour y vivre une expérience exaltante, hygiénique, sensorielle et physique. De l’eau est versée sur des pierres brûlantes ou un poêle afin de saturer l’air de vapeur et atteindre une température intérieure qui peut osciller entre 80° et 90°C.

 

The Finns have made use of saunas for more than 2000 years benefiting from the exhilarating, hygienic, sensory and physical experience. Temperature within the sauna can vary between 80 ° and 90 ° C. Water can be poured onto the hot stones or stove to saturate the air with steam.
